PIA with port forwarding: no longer starting?

Hi,

I recently installed rtorrentvpn via docker on August 7 and was able to get VPN working with PrivateInternetAccess using a server with port forwarding. My power went out yesterday, and when the server was restarted, I get the following in the log:

I tried changing the open vpn config file to different servers (montreal, vancouver), and tried pulling the latest docker image, but I still get this error. Do you know what I could do to fix this? Again, things worked before and now things aren't working after a restart. Thanks.
