PIA Having issues resolving name #187

Issue

Not sure about the specific date but at some point within the last couple of weeks my container stopped working. I updated the openvpn files and i also searched online for possible solutions... i changed the NAME_SERVER environmental variable to whole bunch o f different values but still seeing the error below. Also nothing on my router has changed so i don't think that it's blocking any traffic. Not sure what happened but i'd appreciate any help with resolving this.
