Fix build by forking update-to-head #199

Fork the update-to-head from upstream

change git clone to use https https://github.com/pyroscope/pyrocore/pull/117
change root check https://github.com/pyroscope/pyrocore/pull/122 (this fork just removes it)

update docker and install file to override the upstream update-to-head

the container now builds

I'm running this now, it would seem the autoload directory in rutorrent changed to /usr/share/webapps/rutorrent/php/share/torrents as it now complains about not being able to write in it, but that would seem like a minnor bug that could be fixed by changing the rutorrent config back to rutorrent/torrents
