Make supervisord to get PID 1 #1

With this the container will stop gracefully and faster than before because supervisord gets SIGTERM when we run docker stop.

Thanks for the PR I have gone for a global replace on all my dockers as it's easier to to than accept PR one at a time for each docker, hope that's OK by you. You should now see the change incorporated in github
