Create a phantom image #6

Sonarr's v3 is coming and I'd love to be able to point people at an arch-sonarr-phantom Docker.

We've got links to LSIO's and hotio's, I'd love to add one for yours. :)

I'm not sure if it makes more sense for it to be a :tag or a different Docker image. I'd lean toward a tag, but it alters the db so you can't go back to v2 w/o restoring a backup, so it might be better as a different image.

And the AUR package is sonarr-phantom.
