With ChomeVox deactivated, typing into some form fields, some keys require multiple presses to display #104

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install ChromeVox plugin
2. Deactivate with <ChromeVox> + A + A
3. Type into a form field.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
If I try to type "typing", what is displayed when typing one keypress at a time 
is "typg".  I'd expect "typing".

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ChromeVox 1.27.0, Chrome Version 27.0.1453.93, Mac OS X 10.8.3 (12D78)

Please provide any additional information below.

This is most reproducible on Github issue forms.
Seems to be related to keys that can have some kind of accent modifier. i, e, 
n, o.
Disabling the extension seems to solve the problem.
Noticed that I can get the letters to appear if I type the key multiple times.  
I also noticed if I hold the key down a popup appears for selection of the 
accented variant.
