What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Go to the Web Store link for High Contrast: 
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/high-contrast/djcfdncoelnlbldjfhinnjlh
djlikmph/details
2.  Click the 'Report Bug" link

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I would expect to be brought to this issue tracker.  Instead, it sends me to a 
generic webstore help page which directs me back to the 'Details' page: 
https://support.google.com/chrome_webstore/topic/1734111?hl=en&parent=1212384&ct
x=topic

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
High Contrast 0.5 Chrome  Version 28.0.1500.71 beta
