ChromeVox speaks even when inactive #112

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Deactivate ChromeVox (with ChromeVox+A+A)
2. Do a Google search via the omnibox

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
ChromeVox says, "First result." It should be silent.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
OS X 10.8.2
Chrome 29.0.1547.65
ChromeVox 1.29.1

This only occurs when "Enhance specific sites (like Google Search)" is checked 
in the ChromeVox options.

Correction: Unchecking "Enhance specific sites" only fixes the problem for some 
sites.
