I have installed the extension, turned on the NaCl flag in chrome://flags, and restarted my browser but clicking a .love file on your example page only downloads the file. Here's my Chromium info:

Not sure if this is related, but after playing one of the games for a few minutes (no, specifically), this started happening to me, too.

I can confirm this, as it happens on Linux Mint 13, too. It just downloads the file, does not play it. NaCl flag is enabled, but it also did the same before enabling it.

OK, I found a .deb package for chromium-browser_25.0.1364.160-0ubuntu0.12.04.1_amd64.deb (not exactly the same version), and ran it on machine. It seems that there is no Native Client plugin that comes with this by default -- can you try https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/nativeclient-jumpnbump/gcdlggajikigfglpegfonpipaephckkd?utm_source=chrome-ntp-launcher to see if it runs?

Jump 'n' Bump does not run either. No plug-in, it says.
