[Spike] How to test deployment?

Ideally, one could invoke main and check that output from the cloud is correct.

Things to consider:

• What cloud provider? Several? Each provider has different configuration for deployment
• Should the project provide a minimal REST API for testing?
• We should at least mention basic things to do after deployment, even though deployed/run time is out of scope
