Update alpine 3.12.0 and add python3 for sshuttle support #3

https://github.com/sshuttle/sshuttle is a transparent proxy server that forwards over ssh. It requires python on the server side.

Also updated alpine to 3.12.0.

Managed to push master, reissuing with a proper branch.
