Bug in the graph node linking #45

Hi! Noticed that the graph nodes only contain The note title as an ID.

This makes it so that slug naming returns 404 pages.

Made a quick fix here: https://github.com/N0K0/gatsby-garden/commit/373daeaa004bfdd555d0959879c242498a08a420

For for some reason i suck a cherry picking :')
