Im tired by someone that left me because pay or distance, what if i had new tab in company overwiev that allows me spend money and give main workers better statement... Like: Pay Bonuses, Paid holidays, Free Meals coupons, Accommodation, Social/Medical care, Own transport to work....

Something like that has been implemented. But adding requirement from employees would bring something great to the game. Such as, I want a new coffee machine!
