You need to add a new component, if it is an hardware component or Add engine feature if it is a feature for your engine. Then don't forget to publish the mod on the steam workshop, Im gonna test your mod, and amybe I will add it to the game.
Meanwhile, I'm gonna add VR controllers/headset but I cannot do it atm, Maybe in July.

Well as i played City Game Studio i noticed that the game doesn't explore VR that much, and i'd love if the game allowed me to create a VR console/headsets, like for example Oculus Quest, Valve Index, Rift, Vive.... etc...
Being able to upgrade the tech like in the consoles, and seeing VR headsets/consoles on the market, even though we have engine feature for VR, we don't see VR that much, i think it would be a great addition for CGS! but sure that's in my opinion as a player, i don't if the dev thinks that this feature would fit in CGS
