While trying to crack the "formula" of making a 100+ rated game, I noticed it would become harder to make a good AAA game with 100 devs while I had even more employees (as if the amount of studio's I had affected the difficulty to make good games).

It would be nice to edit this difficulty parameter seperately (or remove it entirely - since it allows me to build a big game company that can produce 3-4 AAA games at the same time without being punished for it). Or just have more control to change difficulty parameters.
