I'm looking forward to retiring this dynamic_lib clone entirely when I can, but thanks for the cleanup in the meantime.

I didn't see a commit that looked like an update to GetModuleHandleExW, so just to confirm: this is still blocked? (No rush on my end, just didn't want to leave this hanging.)

Relevant dependencies have been bumped on crates.io, this should be good to land.
