No Jar Files Downloaded when Uploaded Library Applied as gradle dependencies

I have an issue lately, was able to upload my library jar files.

when I applied my library as dependency on a test project I get no jar files from Gradle external libraries.

I also posted an issue on stack overflow.

I don't know where my upload went wrong
