Improve file names when uploading session data CSVs #17

It has been determined that database administrators processing the CSVs and maintaining the sessions database would benefit from including a session's subject in its CSVs' file names (e.g., 1970-01-01T00:00:00.000Z-attdet.csv -> PROGA-1970-01-01-01T00:00:00.000Z-attdet.csv).

This issue has been fixed with commit 16eb010bd90279537a2bc8b54f0e7931547724a6 and deployed.
