Allow specifying duration when starting sessions #4

The bot currently does not support automatic stopping of a session, which could be an issue if a user starts a session but forgets to stop it. Having a duration specified would allow the bot to stop the session automatically while still retaining the ability to stop manually if needed.

This feature is indefinitely on hold due to changes while it was developed.
