Read loglevel from environment #4

Reads the loglevel from the environment like e.g. the secret-provider does

@mtsr thank you! I just released version 0.2.2 containing your fix.

@mvanholsteijn I missed a change when bringing this over from my gitlab fork: import os.

Unfortunately this means 0.2.2 is actually broken.
