Fix outdated useGitIgnore false #60

Newer versions of 11ty sets this differently. See documentation at: https://www.11ty.dev/docs/ignores/ Tested by adding e.g. notes directory to .gitignore - then 11ty doesn't serve the notes.

Sorry. Was late in checking out the contribution guides. Will see if I find time to create an issue and link the pr later today or some time this week hopefully.
