invalid download.type in "lovd" tool #48

Hello, Importing in openebench noticed:

https://dev-openebench.bsc.es/monitor/tool/biotools:lovd:3.0/db/www.lovd.nl INFO: unrecognized download type: Downloads page In the bio.tools: https://bio.tools/api/tool/lovd

There is no "Downloads page" type in the bio.tools Schema 3.0

This is supported in biotools_dev.xsd - which is the version currently implemented in bio.tools - and soon to be released as biotoolsSchema 3.1.0 (see the changelog).

The release of 3.1.0 has been a bit delayed with All-hands ...
