Use of deprecated EDAM concepts #6

For details, see comments from Jan 4 2018 in https://github.com/bio-tools/biotoolsRegistry/issues/234. Basically:

if the term is the preferred label or synonym of a valid (non-deprecated) concept, add the missing concept URI (Hans to do)

otherwise (Jon to do)

if the term is reasonable, use it (but add as synonym to a (non-deprecated concept in) EDAM)
if the term is bad, replace it
