Bio.Tools Collections: URI de-referencing ... #107

As de-referencing of collections' URIs is something that has to implemented in the Bio.Tools backend, https://github.com/bio-tools/biotoolsxsd/issues/33 has now its stub also here.

Please include all comments that are beyond backend implementation details, into https://github.com/bio-tools/biotoolsxsd/issues/33.
