Automate the process for updating bio.tools with latest EDAM versions #177

This required to avoid me having to ask, bio.tools-dev having to do, and users getting frustrated at terms not being available.

Bumping this to urgent because we promised this in D1.1 and it's very bad when bio.tools lags behind EDAM. It should include "silent fix" of annotations of now deprecated concepts (https://github.com/bio-tools/biotoolsregistry/issues/98)

It's automated enough for now (thanks to @hansioan).

In future, an EDAM release could trigger (via GitHub CI) an update of bio.tools.
