Assembly converter , VEP and other tools with bad homepage #243

Examples include: https://bio.tools/?page=1&q=assembly%20converter&sort=score&ord=desc

Need to fix the homepages to not have them point to the list of tools, but to the actual tool

Another example is for Ensembl Genomes Metazoa https://bio.tools/?page=1&q=ensembl%20genomes%20metazoa&sort=score&ord=desc

@hansioan - this can wait until https://github.com/bio-tools/biotoolsregistry/issues/290 is done, as I suspect some of these will be retired.
