Reorganize the publications #496

Hi! It would be very useful to be able to reorganize the publications once inserted in biotools. I have inserted the last publication of our (ANISEED), but it appears at the end of the publications. We would like it to appears as the first publication. For the moment, the only solution I see is to shift all the publications to obtain the correct order..

I agree it would be useful to reorganise the publications. I will add it to the TODOs list :)
