Consider "Attribution instructions" rather then "Citation instructions" #160

it's a bit more general

I don't think I like this one, as Citation instructions is a super-well established clear concept, whereas Attribution is a bit (very?) conflated with Credit.

Propose to leave as-is.

Objections or comments @hansioan @matuskalas @hmenager ?

An example of an attribution instruction other than a citation instruction, would be an instruction of text to add where the tool was used.

But "Citation instructions" is much more clear. We can clarify it can include more general attribution instructions in the definition (exposed in bio.tools UI)

New definition of Citation instructions to "Information on how to correctly cite use of the software; typically which publication(s) to cite, or something more general, e.g. a form of words to use."
