Redefine "Test data" in Download type enum (from IFB Curatathon) #187

Test data | Data for testing the software is working correctly.

Expand this definition to also include benchmarking datasets, i.e. not just working correctly, but how well (efficiency, efficacy versus particular type of data etc.)

@hansioan now redefined to be "Data for testing the scientific performance of the software or whether it is working correctly."
