Removed "bioinformatics" from biotools_dev.xsd #218

There have been two kinds of places where the data model mentioned explicitly only "bioinformatics":

  1. Documentation of the data model sometimes spoke only about bioinformatics and bioinformatics tools

  2. Type of tool had an option "Bioinformatics portal", which was inappropriate for example for a "Medical imaging portal". I renamed it in this PR to a generic "Web portal"
