Integrating SpecDB data #3

We need to think about how we handle the spectrum data. I can't find the SpecDB anywhere. The original paper of the database: https://link.springer.com/chapter/10.1007/11676935_29

Shall we include the data or dismiss it?

we will ignore this data since it seems, that the database is not findable and we do not need it for BEL statements
