Linked Data API #3

@VEmonet @ansell Should we consider implementing the Linked Data API (https://code.google.com/p/linked-data-api/wiki/Specification)?

The Linked Data API came up after I had designed QueryAll, but it shouldn't be too hard to support it.

Probably best just to import Elda though, as I don't have time to work through changing QueryAll to support LDA at this point. https://github.com/epimorphics/elda
