Refactoring map representation #50

Later I will continue work, plans:

eliminate dao
introdce AnyVertexTypeWithId - replace hardcoded by parameter
introdce AnyEdgeTypeWithId : replace hardcoded relationId, sourceId and targetId by parameters
fix tests and write more
etc

@bio4j/dynamograph General refactoring is finished - now I will add some logging. Suggestions are more than welcome.

Maybe it's not the time for experimenting and changing if you've already started, but I've just remembered that we wanted to try treelog

@laughedelic Hm, I do not remember that we discuss about treelogger - it is the reason why I do not use it. Thanks for recalling. Btw . It looks promising

Wow, you're fast! Maybe I just mixed up and we discussed it in some other project.. Anyway, cool that you're already applying it :+1:
