I have a question about the format of the input file regarding the physical position.
It seems that there is only the position (bp) but no chromosome information, I also read that the input must be concatenated from all sequences in the genome. I'm wondering how you did with the chromosome information and if it's ok to work on each chromosome separately. Many thanks for considering my request.
