This is amazing though, I think both BioaRchive and bioc.ism.ac.jp can be useful. I think the way they version is different from the way we version. For example, we can't find limma 3.28.10 in that can we (ref: #33) ? (I looked and wasn't able to navigate to that version, but i could be wrong). They version based on Bioconductor version, we just version everything, except when something is missing in the package description. Thoughts?
