FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] Metaphlan4_Data_SGB2GTDB.tsv #211

When running sgb_to_gtdb_profile.py I got the following error:

FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/apps/anaconda/anaconda3/envs/Metaphlan4/lib/python3.10/site-packages/metaphlan/utils/Metaphlan4_Data_SGB2GTDB.tsv'

Looking in the indicated directory I found a file named:

mpa_vOct22_CHOCOPhlAnSGB_202212_SGB2GTDB.tsv

Which matched the version of the nucleotide database I was using so I created a copy of the file named

Metaphlan4_Data_SGB2GTDB.tsv

And it looks like that solved the problem.
