Dear mantainers, I'm using Biobakery for shotgun metagenomics analyis. I am profiling viruses and bacteria but i would like to separate the visualization output obtaining two output, one for bacteria and one for viruses. Is it possible to perform such task using wmgx_vis? Would you rather suggest to conduct two separated workflow? Thank you in advance for your answer and consideration.
