Publication for the package #4

Hi,

Since this is not exactly a technical support related issue, I thought that it might be appropriate to open an issue here. I apologize if not and can move this to the bioBakery forum.

I am wondering about the manuscript submission for this work. In my research, I've wrapped this package as part of a technical workflow for simulating microbiome data for a set of more specific testing conditions. I'd love to cite this work in the best form possible to ensure all credits to the authors are provided. I may release this as a package and may either fork and extend or fork and freeze the previous version of the sparseDOSSA package that I am using for this work. Any opinions/thoughts are welcome.

I just wanted to voice this in advance due to the fact that I am aware that an official publication cease to exist currently.
