I am working on annotation of several clinical epidemiology studies using ontologies. I think some terms are quite general and might be used in biobanking projects. I'd like to know whether OBIB would like to take these terms. If so, I will work on details of the terms.
Here is the list of terms:
date of birth
date of death
human participant under investigation (human study subject)
human study subject identifier
reason for participant withdrawal
IRB number
hospital registration number
information on availabilty of host genetics data
information on availability of immune response data
information on availability of parasite genetics data
human genotype information
A couple of terms, I am not sure whether should be in ICO or OBIB:
information on informed consent for future use of specimen
information on informed consent for data collection and usage
I think all of these belong in OBIB whether directly added or imported from another ontology (like ICO).
date of birth (http://www.ebi.ac.uk/efo/EFO_0004950) is already in OBIB
