Fix current build issue in bioboxes.org website #199

Problems with the ruby gems appear to be preventing the bioboxes.org website from building on the CI server. These should be fixed so the website can be continually updated.

This is fixed, and the website is rebuild now. Velour is now showing up on the list of available bioboxes - http://bioboxes.org/available-bioboxes/
