Command line interface (CLI) isn't found after installation #217

Hello,

I ran the Bioboxes installation on OSX following the steps on the website. Bioboxes installed successfully, but then the command "biobox" on the command line simply produces a 'not found' error.

Do I need to alter or amend my $PATH to make this work?

Update - it turns out that this is caused by using pip from python2, rather than python3. I fixed this issue by reinstalling biobox_cli using pip3.5.

The need for pip3/python3 should probably be noted somewhere.
