When generating a series of physicals from the workbench, a better naming convention is needed to ensure uniqueness #115

What if we simply added an uncommon non-printable character followed by a v4 uuid after each name and then stripped it when displaying? Maybe I can even do this in level-tree-index and ditch the requirement for unique names (though maybe unique names is a good idea?)
