Opening print dialog causes `openModal` error #117

This was happening because I upgraded to latest version of materialize (we were using an old version) which discontinued the openModal call in favor of the behavior documented here: http://materializecss.com/modals.html

and yes, this was pure idiocy from the materialize developers. They broke the API in a patch release. Maybe folks complaining about it here: https://github.com/Dogfalo/materialize/issues/3845
