Box scanner graphical demo #119

This is tagged with the milestone "SB 7 nice to have" so this is lower priority than issues for the other milestone, but it'd be really cool to be able to show the graphical demo of the box scanner if you can get it demo'able. It doesn't have to actually work, nor does it have to be part of the main bionet app, nor does it have to be checked into git. Even if you send me a zip file of a directory so I can show it, or even a video of it, that would be enough.

You are referring to the graphic display I did a while back that showed an animated view of a box being scanned?

Good idea, I will see if it can be embedded somewhere. Meanwhile, you should take a look at the 3d view at endylab. One detail I should point out is that the freezers in the database need to have parent_x set to the item index in labLayout for it to work, so it may not be showing up on your machine.
