Shouldn't allow for the creation of samples in local inventory #79

I think that it would be better to keep everything that is being made in the workbench and then once you are done making everything they should be placed in there actual locations. Because I think that in local inventory right now it is generating a virtual and giving it a location where as only physicals should have locations

I removed creation of virtuals and/or physicals directly in inventory since the workbench handles this now.
