It looks like with the way that it is currently setup, every time I create something new in the workbench it shows up in the left column which I can then click on and specify a box that I am going to put it in but it doesn't allow me to specify which well I put it in. So I have to go into the local inventory, click through all of the arrows to find the box and then click on the new object I created and specify its location. What would be really nice is if while I am going in to specify a location while in the workbench I could type in the box and once I do have the image of the box with all of its wells show up like how it does in the local inventory so that right then and there you can specify which well you put the sample in.
