Search by organism is currently not possible. #111

Search by organism is currently not possible. E.g., “mouse anatomical images” results in datasets on humans/human cells

Can we check whether we could have a box like we have for “data types” that lists the most common organisms? I noted that some data sets are not annotated for that, and they seem to have been retrieved because the abstract mentions mice/murine.

Not all sources have an organism identified. However, many do - either within each dataset (e.g. PDB) or set globally for the resource (e.g. ClinicTrials.gov). So search by organism should be possible - but would have smaller coverage as some sources may not have a defined organism.
