About Page: Contact Us Form Details Stay Put After Submission #183

A link to the repository list in bioCADDIe would be useful as part of this text "The data repositories covered in this initial release have been selected by the bioCADDIE team and represent only a small sample of biomedical data." - or some modified version of that text.

After pressing the submit button you are asked to confirm you want to submit, and confirmation that you have submitted. However, the details that have been submitted remain on the page. It would be preferable if those were cleared.

Additionally, there should be a link to GitHub as a way of providing feedback.

Answer provided by @naturalbeau: The first item in the dropdown list from the Feedback tab is the link to the github.
