1: I would like the option of finding the center and rotate the aixs when mergering image (keep the non center finding option also). 2: be able to merge the image with same suffix/increment numbers(The numbers might in the middle of the file name). 3: I want image merge can do subtract one from another. Basically, load one image and save it as background, and then load another image, and subtract one from another. Normalization is required. There are two ways in my mind, I can show you once we have a prototype

1 is done in the latest versions of MuscleX. Are 2 and 3 still necessary?
