With the introductions of networks, we need to update any endpoints dealing with a project(s) to only deal with the network projects.
We don't want projects to be accessible outside of their network.
Ex.
/projects -> should only return the network projects
Not currently a high priority as we only have a single network. But this will need to be fixed if/when we have a deployment with multiple networks
